Strength Building Training Plan

This training plan has been developed over a number of years as a good way to add strength over a six week cycle.  The plan is a six week pyramid based on a 5 on, 2 off schedule.  This plan is intended for intermediate to advanced weightlifters and produces very good results if followed closely.

 

Fat Burning Training Plan

This training plan is designed as a strength training/fat loss plan. It consists of 3 full body workouts per week.  Full body workouts have consistently proven to be one of the world's best fat loss methods.  Full body workouts are also very good for people who can't find a lot of time to spend in the gym.  While this plan is very effective for advanced weightlifters, it is also a great plan for beginners as the simplified design allows new lifters to master the "core" lifts.
